About The Role As a Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growthby acquiring and developing relationships with key retail accounts. About the Role: As a Senior Account Executive , you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by acquiring and developing relationships with key retail accounts. You will leverage your proven sales expertise and understanding of the retail landscape to articulate the value proposition of our innovative platform and close strategic deals. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential retail clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges. Present and demonstrate Pallet's platform capabilities and value proposition effectively to prospects. Conduct compelling product demos and presentations tailored to individual client needs. Navigate complex sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders and influencing decision-making processes. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to successful closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging retail technologies. Provide valuable feedback to the Product team based on customer interactions and market insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in a direct sales role, preferably selling SaaS solutions to retail businesses. Strong understanding of the retail industry, its challenges, and opportunities. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to build rapport, establish long-term relationships with clients. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bonus Points Experience selling enterprise software solutions. Existing network of contacts within the retail industry.
