Responsibilities :
- Business analysis and requirements: Gather, document, and confirm business, financial, and operational needs with stakeholders, then convert them into clear technical specs and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business teams (sales, marketing, commercial, supply chain) and engineering/product/data teams to design and deliver solutions.
- Process improvement and delivery support: Identify process gaps in CRM, sales, and customer engagement workflows; recommend and implement improvements; support delivery and implementation activities including UAT and change management.
- Communication and documentation: Communicate changes, enhancements, and solutions verbally and in writing to project managers, sponsors, and stakeholders so issues and resolutions are clearly understood.
- Mapping and governance: Ensure requirements are accurately mapped to BI dashboards, MDM systems, data pipelines, forecasting engines, and other downstream systems.
- Root cause analysis and automation: Partner with colleagues to perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and build automated detection and remediation processes using data-driven analytics.
Analytics and Dashboard Responsibilities:
Dashboard Development & Automation :
- Dynamic dashboards: Build interactive Power BI dashboards and Google Sheets solutions for real-time monitoring at national, regional and cluster levels.
- Process automation: Automate recurring reports and data workflows to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness.
- Data visualization: Design intuitive visualizations, including geospatial analytics, to enable rapid decision-making by business teams.
- Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize dashboard performance.
Customer Analytics & Segmentation :
- Segmentation: Apply clustering and segmentation techniques based on purchase behavior, demographics, and engagement.
- Acquisition and retention: Analyze retention, churn, purchase propensity and customer lifetime value across segments.
- Promotional impact: Measure campaign effectiveness through before/after and lift analyses.
- Growth and margin analysis: Analyze category performance across geography, time, customer segments and growth opportunities.
Business Analytics Support :
- Root cause and strategic analysis: Investigate performance anomalies and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Data quality: Champion data integrity across analytical outputs.
- Stakeholder reporting: Present findings and recommendations in clear, actionable formats to business leaders.
Core technical skills :
- Advanced Excel: Expert-level proficiency including advanced formulas, pivot tables.
- SQL: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- BI Tools: Proficiency in Power BI , Tableau for data modeling, and visualization.
- Data systems familiarity: Experience mapping requirements to MDM systems, data pipelines, and forecasting engines.

Educational background & Experience :
- 3–5 years in business analytics, business Strategy, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. BBA , MBA or advanced degree in Analytics/Data Science is a plus.
- Certifications in Power BI, SQL, or data analytics tools are preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful dashboards and analytical solutions for large datasets and complex business problems.
