Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Should have strong customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have technical knowledge (worked in technical support role).
  • Should be able to multitask – voice and chat process.
  • Should have customer-oriented approach while handling any customer query.
  • Advantage if you have worked on any CRM (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc)

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a 24*7 (Day and Night Shifts - Rotational) with rotational week off.
  • Languages to be known – English, Hindi, Telugu/ Kannada/Marathi
  • Graduation in any discipline with minimum 2+ years of technical support.
