Job Description

Position:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound voice calls

    for Inquiries and convert them into sales and customer engagement
  • Convert leads into successful sales with persuasive and customer-focused communication
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Follow scripts and call handling protocols to maintain consistency and quality
  • Update call logs, lead status, and feedback accurately in the system
  • Resolve customer objections or queries effectively
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Attend training sessions and implement feedback to improve performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience

    in a

    voice-based call center

    , preferably in sales
  • Fluent in

    English and Hindi

    (both mandatory)
  • Strong communication and selling skills with the ability to drive

    high conversions

  • Flexible to work

    9-hour shifts

    between

    8 AM to 10 PM

  • Willing to work on

    weekends, holidays, and festivals

    (with comp-off benefit)
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable with

    Work from Office
