1. Partner Communication: Handle inbound and outbound communication with B2B partners in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information and updates regarding diagnostics services, bookings, and report status. 2. Issue Management: Address partner queries and concerns promptly to ensure efficient issue resolution. Manage escalations and coordinate with relevant teams to deliver effective solutions. 3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with the field operations team and clients to monitor phlebotomy visit schedules and completion status. Coordinate with the laboratory team to resolve report-related discrepancies or delays. 4. Data and System Management: Accurately record and maintain booking IDs and other relevant information in the internal system. Ensure all partner-related data is updated, complete, and compliant with internal processes. 5. Process Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a high level of process discipline.
