Position Overview:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR-related communication.
• Maintain and update HR databases with employee information.
• Provide support in preparation of HR reports, MIS, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day HR activities.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR tools will be an added advantage.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
