About the Role:


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Hyderabad. The internship offers hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, along with the opportunity to support employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and other HR initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with people, eager to learn, and excited to explore a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Area)

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings where applicable.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Support the HR team in preparing onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate induction schedules, and orientation sessions.
  • Ensure smooth joining experience for new hires.

3. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support compliance-related documentation.

4. Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.
  • Collect feedback and help in running internal HR surveys.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/master's degree in HR preferred.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
