About the Role

IT Recruiter Intern

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements
Source candidates using platforms like Job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and interviewers
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Assist in employer branding initiatives
Stay updated on tech trends and talent market dynamics

Requirements

Bachelors degree in
Computer Science
, Information Technology, or related field
Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
