Customer Relationship Management
Engage with customers, partners, sales account executives & Adoption technical Engineers to drive customer success and meet business objectives
Proactively identify and address customer needs and pain points
Manage Stakeholder Expectations regards customer deployment timeline
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers within the organisation. Customer Onboarding:
Lead Handover processes to get sales context & actionable next steps Onboard Looker customers for success, delivering guidance on implementation best practices & use cases to accelerate adoption Accelerate access Provisioning after sales, Launch Kickoff & Setup first steps
Identify Risks in adoption, have monthly check-ins keeping alert checkpoints
Escalate & troubleshoot technical support cases (Ticket Management) promptly
Build, Execute & update Get to Green plans for accounts at risk
Educate customers on solution new features & functions in presentations
