Location: On-site – Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi

Varav Biogenesis is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Chief of Staff to partner closely with our Managing Director in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth daily operations, and strengthening organizational efficiency. This role requires exceptional follow-up, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can translate vision into execution, and manage both people and processes with precision, we’d like to hear from you.

Experience: 5–8 years in a similar role (Chief of Staff, Strategy Associate, Senior Executive Assistant, or Operational Leadership role)

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant discipline

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Alignment: Work with the Managing Director to set priorities and ensure execution across business functions

- Follow-ups & Accountability: Track and drive completion of action items, deadlines, and commitments across teams

- Project Management: Coordinate and monitor special initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes

- Meeting & Communication Management: Prepare agendas, summarize discussions, and ensure proper documentation and follow-through

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a link between leadership and internal teams to maintain smooth communication flow

- Process Improvement: Identify gaps and recommend operational efficiencies

- Research & Reporting: Compile business intelligence, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making

- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business information with the utmost discretion

Key Requirements

- Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills – this is the top priority

- Strong command over English (both spoken and written)

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams

- Honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic
