Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly capable and versatile Chief of Staff to support the Managing Partner in all aspects of business operations. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Partner and internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders
• Organize, maintain, and streamline documentation including contracts, shipping documents, insurance policies, and compliance paperwork
• -Coordinate with internal departments including trading, logistics, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on priorities
• Track and follow up on key deliverables, deadlines, and action items across the organization
• -Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

## Requirements

• 
  
• 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
• Prior experience in a trading firm, import/export business, or commodity trading is highly preferred
• Experience working in the unorganised sector and ability to navigate informal business environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field
• Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Experience working with senior leadership or C-suite executives
• - Willingness to work flexible hours
