Front Office Specialist

As a Receptionist at our office located in Nariman Point, Mumbai, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Your main responsibilities will include offering a warm welcome, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a smooth front desk operation. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
