The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls professionally.Assist clients with visa processing, documentation, and application requirements.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including ticket booking, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning.Maintain and update records, logs, and documentation accurately.Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of travel and visa-related tasks.Manage appointments, schedules, and follow-ups as required.Ensure all office procedures and standards are being followed.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Executive / Coordinator / Specialist.Prior experience in visa processing and travel arrangements is mandatory.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling).Customer-service-oriented mindset and professional appearance.Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of visa documentation for various countries.Experience working with travel agencies or corporate travel setups.Ability to handle pressure and tight timelines.Working Location:Turbhe, Navi MumbaiHow to Apply:Interested candidates can share their resume at recruitment@iginternational.netOr contact: 96259 65826
