Key Responsibilities Sales and Growth Development Develop and execute strategies to increase patient inflow and clinic revenue. dentify and build partnerships with corporates, referral doctors, wellness centers, and community groups. Lead the sales process from lead generation to conversion, ensuring monthly targets are met. Marketing & Brand Management Plan and oversee digital campaigns (social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing). Strengthen clinic’s online presence and manage digital reputation Plan & execute offline marketing initiatives including health talks, medical camps, and community outreach. Team Leadership and Coordination Mentor and guide junior sales/marketing staff. Coordinate with doctors, operations, and front office teams to align sales and patient engagement strategies. Monitor lead management system (CRM) to ensure timely follow-ups and data accuracy. Market Research and Strategy Conduct competitor analysis and identify new service opportunities. Develop patient retention and referral strategies. Prepare monthly performance reports for management with actionable insights. Qualifications and Skills MBA/Post Graduate in Marketing and Sales. 3–8 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably healthcare, wellness, or service industry). Strong leadership, networking, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
