Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, enhancing

brand visibility, and ensuring revenue growth for Dr. Arora’s Clinic Pvt. Ltd. This role demands a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution across sales channels, digital platforms, and

patient engagement programs. The individual will lead the sales & marketing efforts,

collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Growth Development

• Develop and execute strategies to increase patient inflow and clinic revenue.
• dentify and build partnerships with corporates, referral doctors, wellness centers, and community groups.
• Lead the sales process from lead generation to conversion, ensuring monthly targets are met.

Marketing & Brand Management

• Plan and oversee digital campaigns (social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing).
• Strengthen clinic’s online presence and manage digital reputation
• Plan & execute offline marketing initiatives including health talks, medical camps, and community outreach.

Team Leadership and Coordination

• Mentor and guide junior sales/marketing staff.
• Coordinate with doctors, operations, and front office teams to align sales and patient engagement strategies.
• Monitor lead management system (CRM) to ensure timely follow-ups and data accuracy.

Market Research and Strategy

• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new service opportunities.
• Develop patient retention and referral strategies.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for management with actionable insights.

Qualifications and Skills

• MBA/Post Graduate in Marketing and Sales.
• 3–8 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably healthcare, wellness, or service industry).
• Strong leadership, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent command over English, Hindi and Punjabi Languages.
