We specialize in high-value bespoke interiors for HNIs, CXOs, and luxury homeowners, with a mission to transform spaces into timeless experiences. Role Overview We are seeking a driven, disciplined, accountable, and client-focused Sales & Business Development Executive with proven experience in interiors, real estate, or luxury sales. This role is performance-driven — combining lead generation, structured follow-ups, providing strategic insights, and on-ground business development. The candidate must be process-oriented, consistent in outreach, and accountable for measurable results . Ensuring Live Fabulous continues to grow as the studio of choice for premium and luxury interiors. You will act as a brand ambassador , cultivating relationships, securing business, and shaping the goodwill of our brand. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Nurturing & Follow-ups · Respond to incoming leads (social media, website, referrals) within 24 hours . · Qualify leads through structured follow-up calls , WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. · Track progress in Reports (daily updates mandatory). · Achieve a minimum 20% lead-to-consultation conversion rate in the first quarter. · Build trust and empathy in every client interaction. 2. Outreach & Business Development · Minimum 3 field visits per week (builders, architects, realtors, project sites). · Build 8+ new builder/architect/realtor contacts per month . · Conduct on-ground outreach in new luxury residences, builder handovers, and construction sites . · Represent Live Fabulous at events/exhibitions, always maintaining a professional brand image. · Drive collaborations with décor/furniture/luxury lifestyle partners. 3. Strategy, Insights & Innovation · Share actionable insights with the marketing team for social media campaigns and targeting . · Create a Monthly Calendar based on the focus area in sales with the Marketing team to generate interest through social media. · Provide 2–3 actionable insights per month on client preferences, market trends, or partnerships. · Suggest goodwill initiatives (referral program, networking events, collaborations). 4. Collaterals & Portfolio Development: · Create, maintain, and continuously upgrade the company portfolio, presentations, and marketing collaterals . · Design FAQ-driven content and brochures that answer client concerns upfront (pricing, process, timelines, value add). · Build an automated client process : step-by-step guides, proposals, and templates that make the sales journey smooth and professional. 5. Reporting & Coordination · Share weekly sales report (leads, follow-ups, meetings, pipeline). · Monthly review of sales calendar vs. actual achievements. · Maintain transparency and discipline in reporting — non-negotiable. Performance Metrics (SMART Goals) · Lead Response Time: 100% leads responded to within 24 hrs. · Lead Qualification: 20%+ of total leads qualified for consultations & conversions. · Outreach: Minimum 8 new connects/month, 3 site visits/week. · Reporting: 100% weekly reports submitted on time. Required Skills & Attributes · Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales/marketing within the interior design, real estate, or luxury industry. · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently. · Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and behaviour. · Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation tools (PPT/Canva). · Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to business growth.
