Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, networking, references, and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective clients, providing complete project walkthroughs.
Present project details clearly and professionally while addressing customer queries and concerns.
Drive sales closures by negotiating effectively and ensuring successful deal finalization.
Manage payment follow-ups, documentation, agreement/registry processes, and post-sales coordination.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction experience.
Maintain updated client records and track sales progress against monthly/quarterly targets.

Requirements:

Prior experience in
real estate sales
is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to meet targets, work under deadlines, and manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
Professional demeanor and customer-centric approach.
