Sales & Marketing Manager

We’re Hiring: Sales and Marketing Manager – Jaipur

HEI Power System Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to manage and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through field visits, digital sources, and networking.
• Conduct detailed site visits and assess customer requirements
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed orders, maintain regular communication and strong relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the technical/design team for quotations, designs & BOQs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain sales records, reports, and follow-ups in a structured manner.
• Develop new business in Cement, Oil & Gas and EPC sectors
• Take up industrial project inquiries, panel orders, and coordinate end-to-end execution
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical support, order booking, and dispatch follow-up
• Manage payment collection and submit periodic sales reports

Qualifications & Experience

• BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics & Communication
• 10–15 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and technical understanding
• Proficient in MS Office; self-driven and target-focused

• Technical knowledge of electrical solutions, EPC projects, PLC automation, and low/medium voltage products
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and availability for client visits
