Sales & Marketing Manager

As a Sales & Marketing Manager at SlamsEDUTECH Pvt Ltd, located in Muppathadam, Aluva, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing lead generation and conversion processes, supervising the sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, planning and running marketing campaigns (online & offline), tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports. Your role will also involve meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and coordinating with management for business growth activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies - Manage lead generation and conversion processes - Supervise and guide the sales team - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Plan and run marketing campaigns (online & offline) - Track performance metrics and prepare reports - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets - Coordinate with management for business growth activities **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to lead a team and manage daily operations - Basic knowledge of marketing tools and digital platforms - Confident, target-driven & result-oriented - Good communication in Malayalam; English/Hindi is a plus In addition to a fixed monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000, you will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses and attractive incentives based on targets.
