Job Description

Slams Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced CCTV Technician with strong abilities across multiple technical domains. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting as well as expertise in networking, system repair, and other technical support functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesCCTV & Security Systems

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras (IP & Analog)
• DVR/NVR setup, configuration, backup, and troubleshooting
• Access control, biometric, and other security system maintenance
• Regular inspection and preventive maintenance of security systems

Networking (CCNA-Level Skills Preferred)

• Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, routing & switching)
• Network device installation (routers, switches, access points)
• Troubleshooting network issues and improving network performance

System & Laptop Repairing

• Repair and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• OS installation, formatting, software configuration
• Hardware diagnostics, component replacement, and upgrades
• System assembling and custom PC build support

Server & IT Infrastructure

• Server installation and basic configuration
• Backup and storage device setup
• IT asset maintenance and documentation

Cabling, Wiring & Basic Plumbing Support

• Network cabling (CAT6/fiber) and cable management
• CCTV wiring, conduit installation, and junction box setup
• Basic plumbing support required for camera and system mounting environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a technical field
• Hands-on experience with CCTV and security system installation
• Strong understanding of networking (CCNA preferred)
• Proficiency in system and laptop repairing
• Experience with server installation and IT hardware systems
• Knowledge of cabling, wiring, and basic plumbing
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues efficiently
• Valid two-wheeler license preferred (optional depending on your requirement)
