Job Title: CCTV Technician

Location: Calicut

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced CCTV Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and security equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CCTV installation, wiring, configuration, and system maintenance. The technician will handle on-site service, attend client calls, and ensure proper functioning of all security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security equipment.
• Perform maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting for existing CCTV systems.
• Conduct site surveys and plan camera placements.
• Handle wiring, cabling, and system setup as per company standards.
• Ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment and resolve technical issues.
• Visit client locations for installation and service requests.
• Prepare daily service reports and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with the service team and update project status.
• Provide customer support and basic product training to clients when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CCTV Technician.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, cabling, IP cameras, DVR/NVR configuration.
• Understanding of networking basics (LAN, IP settings, router configurations).
• Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in and around Calicut.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
