Job Title : Telecaller – IT Sales Industry : Information Technology / IT Hardware & Software Sales Location : [Panampilly Nagar] Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in IT Sales / Telecalling Qualification : Any Degree (Candidates with IT/Computer knowledge preferred) Employment Type : Full-time Preferred Gender : Open (can be adjusted based on client preference) Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Telecaller – IT Sales professional to handle inbound and outbound sales calls, generate leads, and follow up with potential B2B clients. The candidate must have a basic understanding of IT products and services , and prior experience in a similar role. This position plays a key role in building customer relationships and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential business clients and generate leads. Explain IT products, services, and solutions to clients clearly and professionally. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate hardware/software. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations until closure. Maintain records of calls, sales, and client information in CRM or spreadsheets. Collaborate with the field sales team for product demos and closures. Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets . Keep up-to-date with latest technologies, IT trends , and product knowledge. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in IT telecalling or sales roles. Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and IT services . Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
