Dr. Arora’s Clinic, a leading name in men’s sexual health and wellness, is inviting applications for a strategic and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth journey.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who can craft and execute the entire marketing strategy — from digital performance to brand positioning. The ideal candidate will take full accountability for results and lead a skilled team or external partners to deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Lead digital marketing efforts across SEO, SMO, Google Ads, YouTube optimization, and paid campaigns.

• Drive lead generation and performance monitoring with data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

• Manage and mentor marketing team members, fostering ownership and innovation.

Candidate Profile:

• MBA in Marketing (Full-Time) from a UGC-accredited university.

• 3–5 years of strong experience in digital and performance marketing.

• Proven leadership, analytical thinking, and execution ability.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics dashboards.

• A proactive professional who takes accountability and delivers results.

Location: Mohali (Full-time preferred). Outstanding candidates may be considered for hybrid or remote work.

Compensation: Up to 12 LPA, based on skills and experience.
