The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising the overall food production process in the central kitchen. The role ensures timely preparation of high-quality food, maintains hygiene standards, coordinates staff, and ensures smooth operations for catering events. Key Responsibilities 1. Production Management Plan, organize, and supervise daily food production as per menu and event requirements. Ensure all dishes are prepared on time and in correct quantities. Monitor food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency. Coordinate with the Executive Chef / Production Manager for menu planning and recipe standardization. 2. Staff Supervision Allocate tasks to cooks, helpers, and production staff. Oversee staff performance and ensure proper work discipline. Conduct on-job training for new kitchen staff. Maintain proper shift scheduling and manpower allocation. 3. Inventory & Purchasing Monitor stock levels of raw materials and ingredients. Raise purchase requests for items required for production. Reduce wastage and ensure optimum usage of resources. Verify the quality of supplies received. 4. Hygiene & Safety Compliance Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI rules). Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment. Implement safety protocols to avoid accidents. SALARY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
