Senior AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

• Work with large datasets for training, validation, and testing.

• Develop scalable ML pipelines and APIs.

• Deploy models into production using standard engineering practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, leadership).

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s (Master's Prefered) degree in:

o Computer Science

o Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

o Data Science

o Engineering (CSE/ECE/IT)

o Or an equivalent strong academic background

Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years

• Demonstrated experience in training and deploying ML models.

• Experience working on end-to-end AI projects in a production environment.

• Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking.

Technical Skills

Python

Deep Learning frameworks

• Understanding of modern ML techniques, model evaluation, feature engineering, and optimization.

• Experience building and deploying APIs (FastAPI/Flask/Django).

• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and model lifecycle management.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and documentation ability.
