Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager, based in Udaipur. The Front Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient office administration. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and concerns, supervising front office staff, ensuring facility processes are maintained, and fostering a welcoming and professional environment for guests and employees. The role also involves employing excellent communication skills to manage interactions and uphold customer satisfaction.

• Strong verbal and written Communication abilities
• Experience in team leadership and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a hospitality or facility management role is advantageous
