It has the largest command center in India and has Strategically expanded its operations Position Overview The Strategic Executive Assistant (SEA) specializing in Report Preparation and PowerPoint Presentations plays a crucial role in supporting senior leadership by delivering high-quality reports and compelling presentations. This position requires a blend of administrative expertise, attention to detail, and proficiency in data visualization and communication tools. Key Responsibilities 1. Executive Support & Administrative Excellence · Manage and optimize executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing itineraries. · Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. · Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 2. Report Preparation & Data Analysis · Collect, validate, and analyze data to prepare comprehensive reports for executive review. · Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reports, adhering to organizational standards. · Develop and maintain reporting templates to streamline the reporting process. 3. PowerPoint Presentation Development · Design and create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, board presentations, and other strategic discussions. · Translate complex data and information into clear, concise, and engaging slides. · Collaborate with executives to understand presentation objectives and tailor content accordingly. 4. Project Coordination & Strategic Planning · Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion. · Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and minutes for executive meetings. · Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of strategic goals.Expertia Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. · 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, with a focus on report preparation and presentation development. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills · Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. · Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello). · Knowledge of graphic design principles for creating visually appealing presentations.
