Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Manager For prestigious client at RARE Hospitality & Services Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, coordinating facility maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality facility management services. Roles & Responsibilities : Facility Management, Operations Management, and Client Relationship Management skills Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements Experience in coordinating facility maintenance and service providers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Team handling and management skills Expereience in handling unions . Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Experience in team handling ,soft services ( housekeeping ), Criteria Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field Ex Army , Defense can be prefered Location : Mumbai Suburbs Experience : 7+ Years Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Show more Show less
