Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Specialist located in Kharar. The Front Office Specialist will manage daily receptionist duties, schedule appointments, handle customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. The role also involves ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.


Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette skills and the ability to handle professional communication over the phone
  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and managing calendars efficiently
  • Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive client experience
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing front-office operations
  • Strong verbal and written Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with office software and systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be an advantage
