Job Opening: Chief of Staff to the CEO – SAATRemuneration: competent as per indsutry stantardsLocation: (Hybrid) IndiaSAAT , a rapidly scaling data & aptitude technology platform , is hiring a Chief of Staff to directly support the CEO in strategy, operations, and high-stakes execution. This is a critical leadership role for someone who can think, organise, and deliver at a very high level.Key Responsibilities• Drive CEO’s strategic priorities across product, partnerships, operations, and growth.• Coordinate with internal teams, school partners, and external stakeholders.• Prepare briefs, analyse data, create dashboards, and ensure timely execution.• Manage special projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.• Represent the CEO in meetings when required.• Maintain absolute discretion, professionalism, and reliability.Eligibility• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, policy, analytics, education, or a similar high-rigor environment.• Strong communication, structuring, organisational, and analytical skills.• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.• High emotional maturity; strong sense of ownership.• Preferred: Experience in education, product, or operational leadership.Restricted Conditions (Strict Requirements)1. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality:Must sign an NDA; direct access to all CEO-level information requires absolute confidentiality.2. Non-Compete Clause:Cannot work with or advise competing ed-tech, testing, or analytics platforms for 24 months from date of joining.3. Conflict of Interest:No external projects, freelancing, advisory roles, or side businesses without explicit written approval.4. Availability & Commitment:• Must be reachable during extended hours in peak periods.• Role may include travel across institutions .5. Data Protection Compliance:Strict adherence to internal protocols, no data copying/exporting/sharing outside authorised systems.6. Professional Conduct:Zero-tolerance policy for breaches of confidentiality, misrepresentation, or misuse of authority.7.
