Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant MIS Executive to support our MIS team in managing and maintaining data records, preparing reports, and assisting in day-to-day data operations. This role is ideal for someone with basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and a willingness to learn and grow in data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining MIS reports and data trackers.
• Support the creation of Pivot Tables and use of Excel formulas for basic data analysis.
• Collect, verify, and update data from various departments.
• Help ensure timely and accurate report submissions.
• Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
• Provide general support to the MIS Executive and other teams for reporting requirements.

Skills Required

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.).
• Familiarity with Pivot Tables and data formatting.
• Experience with Google Sheets and collaborative data entry.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in any stream (preferably with a focus on Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Applications).
• Prior experience (1 - 3 years) in MIS/Data Entry/Data Reporting is preferred but not mandatory for quick learners.
