Job Description

Role Overview

This is an evolved MIS + Business Systems role where you will not only ensure robust reporting and dashboards but also act as the bridge between business and technology teams. You will play a critical role in process improvement, CRM implementation, and supporting the development of in-house software tools that will power Sellabilitys next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Analytics

  • Own all dashboards, reports, and analytics across sales, marketing, pre-sales, and HR.
  • Develop advanced dashboards using Power BI / Tableau / Zoho Analytics / Google Data Studio.
  • Provide timely and accurate insights to leadership for business decisions.
  • Process Adherence & Operations
  • Standardize and document SOPs across departments.
  • Ensure process adherence and governance for cross-functional teams.
  • Identify bottlenecks in workflows and recommend automation.
  • Technology Implementation & CRM
  • Lead CRM evaluation, implementation, and adoption (Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot / MS Dynamics).
  • Act as liaison between business teams and tech developers for custom software tools.
  • Manage integration of third-party tools with existing systems.
  • Digital Transformation & System Improvements
  • Drive system improvements and automation to support sales, marketing, pre-sales, and HR.
  • Support internal tech team in developing sales & HR tools, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Stay updated with latest business technology trends and recommend solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, IT, Analytics, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of experience in MIS, Business Systems, or Digital Transformation roles.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Zoho Analytics).
  • Hands-on experience in CRM implementation (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, automation, and workflow design.
  • Ability to work with tech teams (basic knowledge of SDLC, APIs, integrations).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
