Position Overview: Process Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Process Coordinator to support day-to-day operational activities at our Okhla office. This position involves close collaboration with senior leadership and internal teams to ensure streamlined workflows, efficient communication, and timely execution of key processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Plant Heads and internal departments to optimize operational workflows
• Assist the Managing Director with daily schedules, documentation, reporting, and task management
• Maintain and manage records using MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Monitor ongoing projects to identify and resolve process bottlenecks
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and timely task follow-ups
• Prepare clear, concise reports and updates for leadership review

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
