Key Responsibilities ·

• Own 

  end-to-end follow-ups

   on action items, deadlines, and deliverables across teams
• Regularly track tasks, commitments, and dependencies until final closure
• Proactively remind, chase, and escalate pending items in a polite but firm manner
• Coordinate with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Maintain clear trackers, status updates, and process documentation
• Ensure smooth flow of information and alignment between stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks in execution and flag risks early

Additional Responsibilities

• Support leadership with coordination, scheduling, and meeting follow-ups
• Share meeting summaries, action points, and next steps
• Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks as required
• Act as a communication bridge between leadership and teams when needed
