What You’ll Own

• Founder Enablement:

  Operate as an extension of the Founder. Anticipate priorities, turn conversations into outcomes, and ensure every initiative moves from intent to execution without friction.

• Execution Rhythm:

  Drive alignment across GTM, operations, and finance. Create a single operating cadence that keeps teams synchronized and accountable.

• Data & Intelligence:

  Maintain live visibility into company metrics - MRR, burn, hiring velocity, funnel health - and use that data to power sharper decisions.

• Investor & Strategic Ops:

  Manage fundraising materials, diligence requests, and investor reporting with accuracy and narrative control.

• People Engine:

  Build systems for hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking that reflect Revspot’s culture of speed and ownership.

• Special Projects:

  Lead founder-level initiatives - strategic partnerships, operational overhauls, and market expansion pilots. You’ll own them end-to-end.

Who You Are

• An

  ex-founder, operator, or consultant

  who’s been in the trenches and understands what it takes to build.
• Someone who ultimately wants to

  be a founder

  - this is your training ground, the battlefield before the war.
• 3–6 years of experience in fast-moving startups, strategy, or operations, where ambiguity and urgency are constants.
• Exceptionally structured in thinking, relentless in follow-through, and comfortable switching between spreadsheets, dashboards, and creative briefs.
• Obsessed with speed, clarity, and impact - you don’t wait for instructions; you architect the process.
• Calm under pressure, decisive in chaos, and driven by outcomes over optics.
