About the Role

founding HR generalist

You’ll own everything from hiring and onboarding to policies, performance, and engagement.

You’ll be setting up processes that can scale from 30 to 100+ people in under a year — while ensuring Revspot stays a high-trust, high-performance workplace.

What You’ll Own

1. Talent Acquisition (Primary)

• Drive end-to-end hiring for GTM, Product, and Ops roles.
• Build scorecards, JD frameworks, and hiring pipelines that scale.
• Close great candidates fast — with structure, clarity, and speed.
• Partner directly with founders and hiring managers.

2. People Operations

• Set up HR systems: contracts, payroll, attendance, and compliance (including POSH).
• Create simple, no-bureaucracy processes that actually work.
• Establish performance review cycles, onboarding playbooks, and people analytics.

3. Culture & Engagement

• Shape Revspot’s DNA — discipline, ownership, velocity, and trust.
• Plan engagement rituals, 1:1 frameworks, and recognition systems.
• Be the voice that ensures communication, feedback, and alignment stay tight as we scale.

What Success Looks Like

• You’ve built a hiring pipeline that delivers top talent every month.
• Every employee has clarity on role, goals, and feedback cycles.
• Compliance and documentation run quietly in the background — clean, zero chaos.
• The founders stop firefighting people ops because you’ve systemized it.

You’re a Fit If You

• Have 3–6 years of experience across hiring and HR ops (startup exposure preferred).
• Thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
• Have a builder’s mindset — you fix systems, not symptoms.
• Are sharp with communication, high on discipline, and allergic to mediocrity.
