The Role


This isn’t a servicing role; it’s GTM ownership.


You will work directly with real estate developers, marketing heads, and sales leaders to build and execute end-to-end revenue plans.

Your job is to connect the dots between performance, sales, and strategy — making sure campaigns, messaging, and funnels translate into booked visits and actual revenue.


You will collaborate closely with our central performance and AI teams who handle campaign execution, while you steer direction, quality, and outcomes.



What You’ll Own


1. Revenue Delivery


  • Own lead, CPQL, and conversion outcomes for your clients
  • Build GTM plans across targeting, creative strategy, and messaging
  • Diagnose funnel issues and ensure monthly business goals are met


2. Client Leadership


  • Be the primary partner for developers, agencies, and marketing heads
  • Translate builder goals into actionable GTM roadmaps
  • Present insights, reports, and growth recommendations clearly and with impact


3. Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work with Revspot’s performance marketing, AI calling, and intelligence teams
  • Align creative, targeting, and funnel flows to deliver right-quality leads
  • Surface data and product feedback that improve platform performance


4. Problem Solving


  • Spot bottlenecks early and move fast to fix them
  • Simplify complex campaign and funnel issues into clear, actionable plans
  • Keep clients and internal teams aligned on metrics that matter


Who We’re Looking For


You’ve worked in real estate marketing, client management, or agency-side GTM roles, and you know how to move revenue needles, not just forward emails.


Specifically, you have:


  • Worked with real estate developers, channel partners, or property portals (like MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.)
  • Planned and delivered campaigns end-to-end, managing execution via internal or external teams
  • Owned outcomes from CPL to booked site visits, driving measurable ROI
  • Grown accounts by increasing client budgets, adding new projects, and improving retention
  • Managed relationships with senior decision-makers such as marketing heads, founders, and sales leaders
  • Understood how builder budgets flow and how performance turns into profit


Bonus points if you’ve worked with developers like Sumadhura, Godrej, Assetz, Century, Sobha, Brigade, TVS, or Puravankara, or with real estate marketing agencies managing large portfolios.
