About the Role:

Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to streamline operations, align priorities, and ensure the marketing function runs efficiently. This role blends strategy, planning, communication and project management to help the CMO drive impact across all marketing verticals.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the CMO with calendar management & in planning, tracking and reviewing marketing initiatives.

· Coordinate cross-functional projects across brand, digital, design and performance teams.

· Prepare briefs, decks, reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.

· Drive operational efficiency through structured processes and workflows.

· Follow up on decisions, action items and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

· Evaluate proposals, research trends and share insights to aid decision-making.

· Facilitate internal communication and act as a bridge between teams and the CMO.

· Support hiring, onboarding and performance reviews within the marketing function.

Requirements

· 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting or marketing program management.

· Strong understanding of marketing processes, campaign metrics and execution workflows.

· Excellent communication, organisation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in fast-paced environments.

· Comfort with data, reporting tools and executive presentations.
