Role Summary:

Chief of Staff (CoS) to the CEO

explicitly as a COO?track position

The CoS will:

  • Drive execution across Sales, Ops, Product, Tech, BD, Digital, Brand & CX
  • Convert CEO's vision into measurable outcomes
  • Build systems, processes, dashboards, and operational excellence foundations
  • Solve cross-team dependencies and unblock execution
  • Step into leadership gaps until permanently filled
  • Scale the business towards operational maturity and profitability
  • Become the CEO's single-most trusted operating partner

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Execution (CEO Enablement)

  • Turn CEO priorities into structured plans with owners, deadlines, and KPIs
  • Track execution across the company and ensure timeline discipline
  • Preempt risks and escalate only after solutions are attempted
  • Act as the CEO's second brain for decision-making and clarity
  • Own high-importance projects end-to-end

2. Cross-Functional Company Leadership

You will coordinate and align all major org functions and themselves Head few important functions

  • Revenue -

    Sales, BD, Marketing & Brand
  • Operations -

    CS Ops, Logistics
  • Product

    Product, Tech & Analytics
  • Shared

    HR, & Finance

3. Operational Excellence & SOP Building

  • Build new SOPs across departments
  • Strengthen cross-department workflows
  • Build dashboards for real-time visibility
  • Implement SLA discipline across Sales, Ops, Delivery, Acharyas
  • Automate manual processes wherever possible
  • Introduce org-wide rituals, cadences, and review cycles.

4. Product + Ops Integration (CoO-track skill)

CoS will learn to build systems thinking across:

  • workflows
  • operational automation
  • resource allocation
  • data-led forecasting
  • business scaling
  • customer experience design

5. Data, Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Build daily/weekly/monthly business reports
  • Track top-line + unit economics + quality metrics
  • Run RCA (root cause analysis) on operational failures
  • Recommend improvements backed by data
  • Present insights to CEO for decision-making

6. Special Projects Leadership

Examples:

  • City expansion
  • New product line launches
  • Vendor ecosystem development
  • Tech infrastructure upgrades
  • Operational automation initiatives
