Role Overview

Full Stack Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance full-stack applications using

  Node.js

  ,

  Next.js

  , and

  React.js

  .
• Collaborate closely with the

  AI team

  to embed intelligent algorithms and models into user-facing web solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Operations) to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and drive implementation with clean, maintainable code.
• Conduct and participate in

  code reviews

  , mentoring junior engineers and upholding best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies — and apply them as needed.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years

  of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent in any specialization.
• Proficiency in

  Node.js

  Next.js

  , and modern

  JavaScript/TypeScript

• Strong understanding of

  SQL

  and experience working with relational databases.
• Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs and building responsive, dynamic web interfaces.
