Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in a high-performing engineering squad by leveraging your problem-solving skills and end-to-end development experience. You are expected to quickly adapt, navigate complex codebases independently, and contribute effectively to technical and product decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of the client's platform and existing codebase to deliver value independently. - Lead feature development across the stack for projects including Dashboard CRUD, Widget-level metric selection, Benchmarking tools enhancement, and Portfolio reporting tools using ComposeSDK. - Collaborate with internal teams, product leads, and stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives. - Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code focusing on performance and scalability. - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture design. - Work with technologies like React, TypeScript (Frontend), Node.js (Backend), PostgreSQL (Database), AWS, Docker, GitHub, CI/CD (Infrastructure & DevOps), and DataDog (Monitoring). Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer delivering complex web applications end-to-end. - Proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript. - Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL. - Experience in Agile product development and navigating large, complex codebases. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in distributed teams. - Ability to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions balancing technical and business requirements. - Product-oriented mindset connecting engineering work to user value and business outcomes.
