Job Description: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Real Estate Domain

Locations: Mumbai, Kolkata (Needs to travel Pan India)
Job Role: As the CEO of Real Estate domain at Mavenoak Properties LLP, you will lead the company’s overall strategy, growth, and operations in the real estate sector. Your role will focus on driving revenue, expanding market presence, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong stakeholder relationships. You will guide cross-functional teams, oversee financial performance, and position the company as a leader in residential, commercial, and luxury real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership &
Growth
· Develop and execute the company’s long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy within the real estate sector.
· Expand the company’s footprint into new markets (luxury, commercial, and residential).
· Drive innovation in real estate sales, marketing, and property management practices.
Revenue & Business
Development
· Oversee business operations with a focus on revenue generation, profitability, and shareholder value creation.
· Cultivate strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
· Identify new revenue streams and investment opportunities to strengthen the company’s market position.
Operational Excellence
& Governance
· Ensure smooth execution of property transactions, compliance with real estate regulations, and adherence to industry standards.
· Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, legal, finance, and operations to maximize efficiency.
· Implement effective governance frameworks, risk management policies, and corporate compliance practices.
Talent Leadership &
Organizational Culture
· Lead, inspire, and mentor senior leadership teams and staff across multiple cities.
· Foster a culture of performance, accountability, client-centricity, and ethical business practices.

Build leadership pipelines and succession planning to sustain long-term organizational growth.
Market Intelligence &
Innovation
· Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements shaping the real estate landscape.
· Leverage data analytics, CRM systems, and proptech innovations to strengthen decision-making and client engagement.
· Position Mavenoak Properties LLP as a thought leader through active participation in real estate conferences, forums, and publications.
Financial Oversight
· Set financial targets, manage budgets, and monitor company performance against KPIs.
· Drive profitability through efficient cost management, investment strategies, and revenue diversification.
· Provide transparent reporting to stakeholders and investors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent degree in Business/Real Estate preferred.
12–15 years of experience in real estate with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
Proven expertise in business expansion, property transactions, and client management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, financing, and regulatory frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in luxury or commercial real estate markets.
Exposure to market expansion, mergers & acquisitions, or large-scale projects.
Active involvement in real estate forums, associations, or thought leadership.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages.
