As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our dental organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Leadership:** - Develop and execute the company's long-term strategic plan in collaboration with the Board of Directors. - Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, including market expansion, new services, and potential acquisitions. - Monitor industry trends and adapt the company's strategy to stay ahead of market dynamics. - **Operational Management:** - Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental clinics to ensure efficiency, profitability, and service quality. - Work closely with the COO, CFO, CMO, and other executives to optimize performance across departments such as clinical operations, finance, marketing, HR, and IT. - Implement systems and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability. - **Financial Oversight:** - Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization. - Set and manage annual budgets and financial goals in collaboration with the CFO. - Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards. - **Team & Culture Leadership:** - Build, lead, and retain a high-performing leadership team. - Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and patient-centric care. - Champion employee engagement and professional development. - **Clinical Quality & Compliance:** - Work with the Clinical Director to ensure best-in-class clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and adherence to all dental and healthcare regulations. - Uphold ethical standards and ensure the company complies with all HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable guidelines. - **Stakeholder & External Relations:** - Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including investors, partners, vendors, and the dental community. - Represent the organization in public forums, industry events, and media as appropriate. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience (12+ years) in executive leadership roles, preferably within healthcare, dental, or multi-site service industries. - Demonstrated success scaling operations, driving revenue growth, and managing P&L responsibility. - Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, dental industry dynamics, and operational best practices. - Experience working with private equity or in high-growth environments is a plus. - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - MBA, MHA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred; clinical background (DDS/DMD) is a plus but not required. **Key Competencies:** - Visionary leadership with execution focus - Financial acumen and data-driven decision-making - Operational excellence in multi-location or DSO environments - Strategic thinking and market awareness - Commitment to high standards of patient care - People leadership and organizational development This is a full-time position based on providing leadership to drive the growth and success of our dental organization.
