Role Description

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will oversee the strategic direction, operations, and performance of Pinkcity Jewel House P. Ltd. The CEO will be responsible for fostering growth, driving business planning, managing finances, developing strategic initiatives, and leading sales efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur, requiring active engagement and leadership in all facets of the organization’s operations.

Qualifications

CA or MBA preferred
Experience of Leading an International Business
Expertise in Finance and Business Planning to ensure financial health and alignment with organizational goals
Strong background in Operations Management to oversee streamlined production and service efficiency
Proficiency in Strategic Planning and decision-making for long-term business growth
Experience in Sales and business development to expand partnerships and revenue generation
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comprehensive understanding of the fashion, manufacturing industry or a similar sector
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive organizational success
