About the Role

VRecruitFirst is hiring for a visionary CEO to lead a fast-growing global power-electronics manufacturer specializing in mission-critical power conversion systems. The CEO will drive strategy, innovation, market expansion, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategic & growth plans
• Lead business operations — R&D, manufacturing, sales & partnerships
• Drive innovation in advanced power-electronics product lines
• Build a high-performance leadership team & strong organisational culture
• Oversee P&L, profitability, risk, governance & compliance
• Strengthen relationships with OEMs, PSUs, global customers & government bodies
• Lead India & global expansion strategy
• Champion quality, safety & customer-centricity

Qualifications

• MBA / Engineering / Business Degree preferred
• 15+ years’ senior leadership experience in manufacturing / technology / industrial engineering
• Proven experience in scaling business operations
• Exposure to global markets is an added advantage
