Job Summary - We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented professionals for the role of Deputy Construction Manager in Civil, Mechanical, or MEP disciplines. The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring all construction-related activities for a state-of-the-art Solar Cell Manufacturing Plant. This role ensures quality control, timeline adherence, and coordination across all project functions. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and monitor the day-to-day execution of project works in the Civil / Mechanical / MEP domain. Track project progress, ensure alignment with project schedules, and report deviations proactively. Liaise with design, planning, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless coordination. Conduct quality audits, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for internal and client review. Interface with contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve technical or site-related issues. Support in resource planning, cost control, and risk management activities. Ensure documentation, drawings, and site instructions are properly implemented and recorded. Escalate project bottlenecks or deviations and participate in corrective action planning. Candidate Requirements Bachelors Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction project monitoring, preferably in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management tools, and monitoring techniques. Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
