Key Responsibilities - Supervise and monitor the day-to-day execution of project works in the Civil / Mechanical / MEP domain. Track project progress, ensure alignment with project schedules, and report deviations proactively. Liaise with design, planning, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless coordination. Conduct quality audits, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for internal and client review. Interface with contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve technical or site-related issues. Support in resource planning, cost control, and risk management activities. Ensure documentation, drawings, and site instructions are properly implemented and recorded. Escalate project bottlenecks or deviations and participate in corrective action planning.
