Job Description

Lead end-to-end construction execution of a greenfield Solar Cell and Module Manufacturing Plant in Tuticorin. Oversee all civil, structural, MEP, and utility-related activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to align on schedules and deliverables. Ensure timely completion of milestones in line with project timelines and budgetary targets. Supervise contractors, vendors, and site teams, resolving bottlenecks with agility and accountability. Implement construction best practices and adhere strictly to environmental and regulatory norms. Prepare and present periodic project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
