Like, - Receiving Order - Finalizing the Fabric - Dyeing - Embroidery (Machine / Hand) - Stitching - Finishing - Quality Check - Packing - Courrier - Dispatch - Delivery Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the end-to-end production process from sampling to final delivery. Order Receiving: Act as the primary point of contact for received orders, understanding client requirements and specifications. Fabric Finalization: Coordinate and finalize fabric selection and procurement based on order specifications and quality standards. Dyeing Coordination: Manage and monitor the dyeing process, ensuring color accuracy and quality. Embroidery Management: Oversee both machine and hand embroidery processes, ensuring design integrity and timely execution. Stitching Supervision: Monitor the stitching phase, ensuring garment construction quality and production efficiency. Finishing Oversight: Manage all finishing processes, including washing, pressing, and other treatments, to meet product specifications. Quality Check (QC): Implement and monitor rigorous quality control checks at various stages of production to ensure products meet required standards before packing. Packing Management: Supervise the packing process, ensuring products are packed correctly and securely for dispatch. Courier & Dispatch Coordination: Arrange and manage courier services and coordinate the timely dispatch of finished goods. Delivery Tracking: Track shipments and ensure final delivery to the client as per schedule. Collaborate closely with design, sales, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production flow. Communicate regularly with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely material procurement and production progress. Identify and resolve any production-related issues or delays promptly. Maintain accurate records of production progress, quality checks, and dispatch details.

Should be able to prepare MIS and have Budget vs Actual working knowledge. Should be able to prepare the projections for management for future business plans. Must be able to plan the funds for Vendor payments and utilisation of Idle funds. Must be able to handle the banking relationship. Working experience in Tally Prime and good working knowledge in excel, words and PPT. Should have a sharp understanding of business in able to guide management for improvements in the area needed. Work from home or outside location not allowed.
