The Retail Operations Head is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a retail business, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience. They oversee store performance, team management, operational processes, and overall brand standards. Store Operations & Efficiency: The Retail Operations Head oversees the daily operations of all retail stores, develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure store consistency, and monitors adherence to company policies, brand guidelines, and operational standards. They also optimize store layouts, inventory management, and merchandising. Sales & Performance Management: They drive sales growth by setting and monitoring performance targets, analyze store sales data to implement strategies for revenue and profitability improvement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, they work with store managers to enhance conversion rates and average transaction value (ATV), recruit, train, and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a customer-centric culture. Customer Experience & Service Excellence: The Retail Operations Head implements strategies to enhance the in-store customer experience, monitors feedback to improve service standards, and ensures adherence to customer service best practices and effective complaint resolution. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: They work closely with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability, monitor stock levels to minimize shrinkage, theft, or wastage, and coordinate replenishment processes to avoid overstocking or understocking. Compliance & Risk Management: The Retail Operations Head ensures stores comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements, implements loss prevention measures, and regularly assesses risks to mitigate operational challenges. Technology & Systems Implementation: They oversee POS systems, ensure seamless technology integration, implement digital tools for performance tracking and customer engagement, and optimize retail tech solutions for operational efficiency. Expansion & New Store Openings: The Retail Operations Head collaborates with real estate and business teams for new store locations, oversees store setup, staffing, and operational readiness for new launches, and ensures smooth integration of new stores into the existing retail network. Qualifications & Experience: The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury or premium brands. A proven track record in managing multiple store locations and experience in scaling retail businesses and driving operational efficiency are also desirable.,
