Job Title: Chief Business Officer Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 8+ Years in IT Services / Product Industry Reporting To: CEO / Founders Type: Full-Time Overview: The Chief Business Officer will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives across presales , business development , and delivery alignment . This role demands a visionary leader who can drive revenue, build strategic client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams in aligning solutions to client needs. You’ll work closely with founders to shape the business roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy: Define and execute go-to-market strategies for targeted verticals/domains. Analyze market trends and identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and channels. Lead key outreach initiatives and strategic tie-ups. Sales: Own the complete presales function: solution design, RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, technical walkthroughs, client pitches. Represent the company in client interactions to establish trust and technical competence. Strategic Execution: Oversee project onboarding, scope clarity, and resource alignment. Collaborate with product/project managers to ensure client success and satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of experience in IT services or product companies with at least 3 years in a presales/business leadership capacity. Strong grasp of technology trends, client consulting, and solutioning (especially in Web, Mobile, MVP and SaaS). Excellent client communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to growth and execution. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams. Good to Have: Experience working with global clients.
